A groundbreaking provocative short film inspired by the UK riots of 2011. The film is an adaptation of a poem written in response to Britain’s youth being labeled as ‘Public enemy no. 1’ by the media and the government after the riots. Although bold and seemingly confrontational, the film does not seek to glorify the events or justify the actions of the rioters but examines the root of the problem, the government and media’s part in creating a society where there is corruption at the highest levels. |
