Sara is a young doctor working in the emergency department of a hospital in Bogotá. Receives daily victims of violence plaguing the country. When he learns she is pregnant with her first child, begins to wonder about the advisability of bringing this world. Decide not to have it and tells her family and her unemployed husband.
