In 1939 the world was thrown into yet another World War. A war that would rage for 5 years and would costs millions of men and women their lives. South Africa was not excluded. South Africa committed 240,000 men to the war efforts. The Fallen is a deeply moving film that pays tribute to those men that sacrificed their lives and to the families who were left behind. The Fallen tells the story of two life long friends who dreamt of war as children and learned that the reality was a nightmare as men. |
