Victor Hamlish is a stodgy, Victorian man with strict morals. He spends his days alone in his library among his books, away from the human world. That is, until he falls into his aquarium - and into a whole new world! Here in this beautiful underwater world, he meets a gang of enticing mermaids, lead by the alluring Lolli Hoops. Through a thrilling game of cat and mouse, Lolli tries to entrap Victor with her charms. But can the captivating Lolli Hoops capture the heart of her fastidious Victorian love?
