In the outskirts of Eastern Uganda lies moving children tales, many of which go untold. Filmmakers Usama Mukwaya and Bobby Tamale visit the area in January 2015 and recorded one of the most heartbreaking stories of a girl named Alistera who fell in fire after suffering from Epilepsy. |
