An attaché at the embassy is in love with the ambassador’s daughter Helen, and hopes to marry her. Meanwhile, a clerk at the same embassy is involved in a conspiracy with two foreign agents. When the clerk steals an important document, suspicion falls on the attaché. It is up to Helen to clear him and to recover the document. |
