This drama is based on two families that are almost destroyed because of a gossiping community that jumps to conclusions when tragedy strikes. This sadly opens a door for a vindictive mother to take revenge.. Sigourney Weaver plays her role with expertise and if you like tragic dramas, this one more than fits the bill. 5 stars-
It was refreshing to see freedom of speech was still alive in 1995, the PCer’s would have their thumb on this one today.
