The Wheel and the Wound (2007)

Mouse, an escape artist at a Sideshow, is unable to free himself or his sister from their broken home. While working for extra money, he develops a twisted fascination with a mysterious Old Man. The obsession leads to stalking where he violently mugs the Old Man. In a last bid to lead his sister away, Mouse returns to the Sideshow where she rejects him. He then searches out the Old Man only to discover that he is Vampire. With a savage descent on the Sideshow, the Vampire takes control of the sister and demands Mouse be punished by assuming the mantle of the Vampire’s Curse.
