What did you do to get it to work?
For whatever stupid ass reason I had my birthday set to 2018 cos I guess the default date when you make an account is 2018?
They might need to log out and back in… If a user uses the “back button” it wont work..
Did you click Update Profile afterwards and did you refresh this page?
