Details:

It’s a documentary about the civilian and police victims of the 2006 protests in Hungary and tells the story of the protest from the point of view of the victims. The whole country was shocked by the crowd that took to the streets after the infamous Öszöd Speach and by the siege of the TV headquarters. Many police officers were injured while securing the spontaneous demonstration. Similarly shocking were the police abuses committed in the hundreds during the disbanding of the autumn protests. Hundreds of people, including innocent bystanders, were beaten and arrested and then tortured at police stations. Several people were shot in the eyes with rubber bullets. No one was held accountable, the commanders of the perpetrators were honored. This documentary tells the story of the victims with never-before-seen amateur and professional footages.
