The President of the United States of Oceania decides to launch a nuclear strike to destroy the Obedience Federation in ten days. This top-secret memo is captured by Dr. Young. To avoid a leak, the President orders Captain Sam Payne to force the doctor to take his own life. An eight-year-old girl Ting Ting is diagnosed with malignant brain cancer with only three more months to live, her father is willing to save his daughter at all costs, including selling his own organs. The leader of the Obedience Federation aims his nuclear arsenal at Oceania, ready to reduce it into a burning inferno and perish together. What is even more dangerous is that the nuclear crisis with Obedience Federation puts other major nuclear powers on edge, preparing for ‘accidental’ attacks. Any miscalculation or misfire will cause a world-wide nuclear catastrophe. However, everybody believes that an old-time war hero Jack Feng can solve a crisis like this. The problem is that Jack no longer serves his country, not even the President can get him out to work for the government.
