Victor, an elderly father, finds a 11-year-old letter from his deceased oldest son Wouter. The pair had a sometimes strained relationship because Victor did not approve of his son’s homosexuality. In a sweet gesture, he sent a Father’s Day card to try and reconnect, but it never made it to his father before Wouter died of AIDS in 2004. Now Victor tries to reconcile with his estranged youngest son Lukas. |
