THE REUNION is a drama comedy set post 9/11 southern state of Georgia, USA. The friendship between David and Ahmed is at the center of the film. Much like the Seinfeld show, the two best friends don’t know what to do with their lives since High School and they are constantly grating on each other’s nerves. They infringe on each other’s territory, let each other down only to wind up back together. Ten years later they are stuck working at a store in their home town Savannah. Then an unexpected invitation to Nazareth High School 10th Anniversary Reunion arrives. Through Facebook, they find out that most of their classmates have become successful, even famous. David and Ahmed REFUSE to attend the reunion as the same two losers they left high school as. So - they must now exhaust multiple schemes - including borrowing cash from a retired terrorist - to become “somebody” before the reunion. But the retired terrorist lender has other plans and decides to show up at the reunion with his posse. This is certainly going to be a Reunion to remember.
