Alan is a closet sci-fi and comics fan stuck in a mundane corporate job and a dull life. An alien called Mephisto72 offers to improve Alan’s situation in return for his stem cells (which will be used to make a clone that will petition the Galactic Council on Earth’s behalf). Things go awry. They both lose their jobs and Mephisto72 is stranded on earth. But at least they save the planet, and Alan has a shot at getting a second date with Melissa. |
