The DOJ lists The Bandito’s as OMGs (Outlaw motorcycle groups involved in organized crime) 4. The DOJ as of 5/18/2015 makes no mention of The Cossacks 5. Law enforcement admits There’s at least one documented instance of violence between the two groups. In November 2013, a 46-year-old from Abilene who police say was the leader of a West Texas Banditos chapter was charged in the stabbings of two members of the Cossacks club. 6.
