In 2021 the world has been ravaged by chemical radiation. Half of the population walk empty cities as the living dead, the other half live peacefully in colonized zones owned by large competitive corporations and banks that pay trained assassins to exterminate and clear the Dead Zones in hopes of re-colonizing the earth for those who can afford it. |
