Feeling unappreciated by her husband and kids, overworked and undervalued at work, on her 42nd birthday, Jane struggles through the day. On her way home from work she stops at a roadside cafe and meets a rough stranger who takes an interest in her. In an act of self-destruction and desperation to take control of her life, and feel something, she sleeps with him in her car. She then returns home to her family to keep her secret and sink back into her normal life. |
