Details:

Henry J. Kaiser was a pioneer and his stance on diversity in health care and the workplace was considered innovative in his day. In this short documentary, we take a brief look back into history; visit with Dr. Ellamae Simmons, the first black female physician hired by Kaiser; a look at the health issues that plague the community; how to raise awareness and education for healthier lives. it is a celebration of then and now.
