When the townsfolk of sleepy Shearwater Island are faced with the prospect of having half of their island sold to unscrupulous property developers, the townsfolk, led by laid back wheat farmer Olly Andrews, decide the only course of action is to secede from Australia. But this causes a conflict that reaches all the way to the UN and results in a declaration of war against their own country. |
