An old man gathers dead wood in the forest for the winter and makes a heavy pile. He carries the wood on his back to his way home the middle of a hot, sunny day; a pretty tough task for the old man that struggles throughout this journey. At his first stop for a drink he is so tired that he calls Death to come and take him. But Death responds and appears to him requesting an explanation for his calling. Despite his fear, the old man faces Death like you’d never imagine! |
