After his father’s death, a young boy uses his imagination to deal with the inevitable. This stop motion film explores a child’s view on death and family through powerful imagery. Within the world of the young boy’s imagination a mysterious hooded figure looms in a castle. While in reality the tragedy of his father’s death hangs over his home. After several attempts to vanquish this dark foe, he is ultimately consumed by it. Only then is he truly able to say goodbye and accept his father’s death. |
