I don’t know the previous TV show, and I don’t know what all the reviewers in this comment section are in a huff about. So purely as a neutral review of this TV show, I’d say it’s pretty good. The acting is catering to a younger audience for sure, but it’s not badly written or made at all. I’m happy with it and would watch more.
I just looked up the trailer for Warrior on youtube upon the recommendations of a few comments below, and you can clearly see that it’s made for an entirely different audience. If you’re a fan of Warrior I’d say it’s unlikely you’ll like Kung Fu, and vice versa.
