expresso : I like this - dramatic readings of popular literature.
I didn’t know it has been released. I have a feeling it will have subtitles which I find annoying because I can’t work on anything because I have to read the subtitles. I will be on vacation next and hope to watch it while working on Christmas stockings. I will let you know or send me a reminder. I will have to write out a note on paper to remember to watch it.
It has subtitles, which don’t bother me, I actually seek out copies with subtitles when everything is in English. I got tired of not understanding references to characters and place names in everything. I think it’s great. Enjoying it immensely. Really well drawn characters and writing. The super-remote location of Irish middle of nowhere small town is fascinating. The lead character is one of those protagonist miscreants with a lot of heart. 5/5
