Got no beef with that, what I do have a problem with is bad character and writing. She is suppose to be completely inexperienced and haven’t even had one single kill but all of a sudden she get years of experience just because she talks down to people and have an arrogant and childish behavior. To draw a parallel, I watched Alien vs Predator again last night (seen it so many times) and there you have a believable strong female character which has years of experience and are experienced in her field and the character is not stuck up on hating on other people just because of it. Similar can be said about the first Predator movie. Arnold’s character had experience and a believable backstory so it was not out of nowhere when he killed the Predator.

It’s funny how you get hate in this generation of movies and tv if you don’t like bad writing and it doesn’t matter if it’s a guy or a girl. But people can’t hear a different critique about a film they enjoyed without taking it personally. Kinda obvious why you can’t rate movies and tv-shows on Disney+ ;)

Inexperienced characters who fight/kill the monster/bad guy is not new. Ripley in Alien, John Connor in T2, Ash in Evil Dead, most superheroes… It’s classic Hollywood unrealistic exaggeration so the kids and nerds would relate to the protagonist
