Unknown forces conspire to erase the identity of photographer Thomas Veil and without warning, every aspect of his life is erased during the course of one evening. His wife acts as if he's a stranger, his credit cards are suddenly invalid, his keys no longer fit the door to his home and in one way or another, his family and friends are silenced. Completely alone, Veil sets out on a desperate cross-country quest for an answer while eluding his powerful and unknown enemy. His only clue to the possible motivation behind the harrowing ordeal is the disappearance of one of his photographs, "Hidden Agenda", which depicts the execution of natives in a war-torn Third World country. |

An absolute TV classic of the paranoid conspiracy mystery genre and yet it seems hardly known about, even compared to other 90s classics like Dark Skies or Oliver Stone’s Wild Palms never mind the X-Files.
As a UK viewer it only came across my radar in the first wave of file sharing in the early 2000s and I was totally hooked - kind of a cross between the The Prisoner, Parallax View and the Twilight Zone.
Kudos to the uploader for making the series available on PW as I’m sure more episodes will be going up shortly.
Due to you I will give it a go, thanks.
I remember this series and back when it debuted on the UPN Network. It along with Star Trek: Voyager and several others were the “Flagship” shows of the (then) new network. I thought it was a really good show and it totally reminded me of older shows like “The Prisoner” (which I watched the repeats as a kid on a local PBS station), Dark Skies and several others as well.
I thought it was unfortunate that it ended after just one season.
