Intense, mesmerising and unparalleled, Shōgun Tuesdays are the best part of the week! Definitely the best adaptation to date. A not to be missed episode!

Agreed. I don’t watch a lot of shows, I’m more of a books and movies guy, but every once in awhile a great show comes out that I must watch. This is one.

The actors are magnificent.
This episode, heartbreaking and enlightening.
They really went above and beyond, with this one. Very excellent acting. There’s sooooo much more depth and feeling, to the characters and their relationships. Very convincing storyline. A much more authentic representation of the vast differences that exist, between Western and Japanese morality, and values. Very intense! Really, I’m much more impressed than I thought I would be. But, I’m a big fan of some of the actors in this production. Especially, the main characters. And I’ve loved the English actor, for years. He’s been in some great flicks. This episode was obviously the pivotal point in the new production. 6/5 ✨ Hands down… 👏🤣
