With the imminent hatching of some new sand grouse chicks at Safari World, Andy and Jen suddenly realise that the sand grouse's nest is a long way from the watering hole. Given that the chicks can't fly, they are worried that the new chicks won't be able to drink. Jetting off in his safari-mobile, Andy heads to the Kalahari Desert in Africa. His mission: to find out how sand grouse chicks drink water. Along the way, he takes a ride with a herd of elephants before coming face to face with a predatory goshawk and taking to the skies with an adult male sand grouse in order to make his escape. |
