I must say, the Brits sure know how to make some awesome TV shows! And this one is yet another example of it! Kick ass action, compelling characters, great acting, and writing that doesn’t suck! An easy 9+/10 and a definite “must watch” recommendation from me!
Well that very dark, brutaly violent from the start great mix of charactors some really raw fight scenes I’m looking forward to ep 2, give it a 8/10.
Some very good news! Gangs of London Season 3 is anticipated to come out on AMC Plus in the US in spring 2024 at the earliest. I know most British dramas wait a couple of years before releasing a new season, but dang it, I wish they wouldn’t do that! Now I’ll have to watch both seasons again to get caught up before season 3 comes out.

Can’t believe there hasn’t been any fanfare around this series release.
Just watched the 1st episode and it certainly seems to be a big winner.
The 2nd season just dropped on the 20th. Going to put this on my list to watch in a few weeks. 8 episodes to watch and hope the 2nd season is just as good as the 1st season.

Thanks for the posting! Almost a year ago I posted a comment about season 3 and was hoping it would come out in 2024, of course that didn’t happen. I also said I’d have to watch season 2 again because I can’t remember what happened. Guess you can tell what I’ll be doing this weekend….lol.
Yeah, I did that last weekend! lol. Just FYI, I has requested links for episode 8 of season 2 about 3 weeks ago so that I could get caught up, but none were added, so I ended up watching that episode on a different site.
I’ve had to do that too and sometimes (on other shows) the audio is out of sync on all links. Therefore, I go to another site.
This checks all the boxes. Raw, incisive, brilliant, and exciting. Worth a watch or two in some episodes.
I’m not a big fan of ganster films/series, so it took me a while to watch this, but man…this is remarkable. All the chaos and violence is almost artistic. I hope season 2 is as good as season 1, because it’s one of the best series I’ve watched in years.
Great action-packed show with a good story and movie-like production.

Team Soho and Sony Computer Entertainment would release ‘Getaway’ for the PS2 in 2002 later followed by ‘Gangs of London for the Sony PSP released in 2006. While both games took inpsiration from movies like Get Carter and Snatch, both games it is said are what the TV series ‘Gangs of London’ are based on.
