Terjer Hidle took over the farm at home at Nord-Hidle in Boknafjorden and runs sheep farming, farm tourism and Christmas tree production. A rare breed of sheep keeps her Christmas tree fields free of weeds. Erling, her husband, is now building a health clinic on the farm, based on food that is not fried or boiled. |
