Lee Horsley plays the lieutenant In charge of a big city homicide division, which is plagued in the opener by an unsolved series of increasingly brutal murders. On the series, Horsley stars as homicide squad member Lt. Ben Carroll, an up-through-the-ranks cop known for his by-the-book professionalism and dedication to police work.
