They are the stereotypes that we all love, from the beauty queens (yes, Miss Universe New Zealand versus Miss Universe Australia) to the men of the land (remember that burly high country farmer who found Shrek, the never-shorn sheep? Well yes, he's on the island too.)Split into two camps representing their two countries, every challenge is a deadly-serious contest between the Aussies and the Kiwis, except in the view of onlookers Mike Havoc and Dave Fane who will put all sorts of obstacles in the way of success.Each week one competitor faces a weekly elimination, with one player leaving the island. In the series finale, there will be just four players competing from each team - the ultimate New Zealand vs Australia showdown - in an individual battle as they race to find the island's buried treasure.
