Dave and Si are heading towards Drighlington, to a vegetarian Indian restaurant called Prashad sitting on the outskirts of Leeds and Bradford. It's run by husband-and-wife team Bobby and Minal, an ambitious couple who are on a journey of their own to create a unique dining experience based on a tasting menu inspired by both Gujarati cuisine and great Yorkshire produce.Bobby and Minal have built up a loyal customer base, winning a host of awards along the way, including a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand.
