The Bikers continue their adventure in Norfolk, one of their favourite parts of the world. Both Dave and Si are big fans of the seafood that can be found in the county's 90 miles of shoreline, but this time they're heading inland towards East Barsham, a tiny village close to the market town of Fakenham, to meet Jake and his partner Terri. The couple have only recently taken over the Barsham Arms, a country pub that's doing a great job of attracting the locals to their 40-seat restaurant.But to keep the locals coming back for more, they need to keep the menu fresh, and that means finding a steady stream of new produce for Jake to play with. The Bikers meet Jake, and through his flamboyant scone and lamb dishes, learn they need to find produce to include on the menu that's as creative as his cooking.
