An officer responds to reports of a break-in at a garage and prepares for the possibility that the suspect is still there. When he does spot a suspicious-looking man, he must make a split-second decision about whether to tackle him or not. Officers receive a call about a fight with a knife and when they arrive at the scene, they discover a trail of blood leading into a block of flats. |
