Second watch. Definitely a classic. Excccccceeeept… I really wish the Writer/Director would stop relying, so much, on “The Formula,” and just let it flow. They messed up their own gem. Several actors just felt wayyyy too forced. That Aussie reminds me of a few people whom I def DO NOT like (Even more so, when they’re yacked up). Liked the way he went out. What a sac!? I felt like they also relied (again, wayyy too much…) on the annoyance factor. I am being Knit-picky. But it’s only because it could have easily been so much better. I give it… 9.5✨ Straight up… without Esposito, this would have have flopped.

Ridley Scott and Giancarlo Esposito, solid. Will be interesting to see whether stays fresh all the way through. Several playwrights use this device and the challenge is to show several iterations of the same timeline without getting boring.

Chronological order and recommended order.

grasshopper rex 4 points 2 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

If you prefer to watch stuff in chronological order this is the sequence.

“Violet: 24 Years Before the Heist”
“Green: 7 Years Before the Heist”
“Yellow: 6 Weeks Before The Heist”
“Orange: 3 Weeks Before the Heist”
“Blue: 5 Days Before the Heist”
“White: The Heist”
“Red: The Morning After the Heist”
“Pink: 6 Months After”

But this is the recommended order.

“Violet: 24 Years Before the Heist”
“Green: 7 Years Before the Heist”
“Yellow: 6 Weeks Before The Heist”
“Orange: 3 Weeks Before the Heist”
“Blue: 5 Days Before the Heist”
“Red: The Morning After the Heist”
“Pink: 6 Months After”
“White: The Heist”

the site I was going to watch this on has 9 episodes, the first one called Black, followed by the ones listed here, in the same order. Anyone know why?

Thankssss, but that’s just weird.

It is. But that’s also what people said about D&D. And “Choose-Your-Own Ending” books. It would be totally cool, to get 10 people, watching the eps in randomly picked orders. And then have a discussion about it. While drunk. That way, no-discrimination. Even the… Non-Smokers could get down. Well, unless you don’t get twisted. That’s half the fun. [I guess we could do it soberrrrr?] Nah!? What AM I talking about? Someone… smack me. Please.
