In Flake a circus has pitched its tents and there is much excitement. The village inhabitants participate in the program providing hilarious entertainment, and many a surprise. But the fun is interrupted by the arrival of the tax man and his officials and it is only thanks to the circus artists that he makes a quick retreat with the promise never to collect taxes again in Flake. |
