When Time arrives to school and learns that the Gifted Program has been cancelled, he begins a student led petition to encourage the administration to listen to the student's desires. Behind the scenes, both the school director and minister for education have their own reasons to revive Gifted. Time grows in his curiosity about the "chaos" brought about by the 2018 class and discovers that they are more than they appear. |
