Online voter registration systems needs to be accessible to all Ohio voters, and one group that is typically left out are deaf and deaf-blind voters. These individuals have special communications needs, but education materials and the websites themselves that are used for online voter registration are not always accessible. Not only does this violate the law, it also leads these voters to feel excluded from the political process. |
