A two-reel farce built around a small-town fire department, with Cliff Bowes, Clem Beauchamp and Jack Lloyd as the awkward-but-willing firemen, and Estelle Bradley as the sweet young thing who inspires them. The fire-chief demands that his firemen salute him whenever they see him approaching them; so, naturally, when the chief is dropping into a net held by the firemen, they drop it and salute him. |
