Dr. Rain refuses to be bribed when she discovers that a Mr. W’s nuclear power plant emits unsafe radiation levels. Mr. W dispatches a upper-story woman to break into the good doctor’s house and steal the report. When Dr. Rain comes home early and discovers the break-in, a festival of bondage ensues as the good gals and bad gals struggle for the upper-hand. In the second storyline, a bored housewife daydreams of being roped into secure bondage. |
