Monica Giltheart, a young girl of nine, is having problems. Bullied at school, with her parents splitting up and being hopeless at spelling tests, things are looking bleak. But then one day she is given a strange old pencil from her grandmother which she discovers can make anything she draws come true! now she can make things better, save her friends from trouble and make amazing things happen, but what might the consequences be…. |
