Silencio, an honorable paint horse who lives in the mountains, is separated from his true love, a donkey named Sonia. She lives in a field across the road from his property. He watches her every day and longs to run beside her, just like the horse Francis, and his lover, Gwendolyn, who also live across the road. He must come to terms with his destiny, putting his true feeling aside and realize his true purpose in life, to be separated from what he loves most. |
