Global warming has taken its toll on Earth and most of civilization has been wiped out. The remaining 10 % of the population is forced to live underground to protect themselves. Our heroine is a young girl, the only survivor of her community, living underground. After her father is killed, she is forced to go “topside” to find others in order to survive. She uses the internet “mainframe” to connect with other survivors. |
