Sonia Singer runs a successful talent agency - until she finds herself on the other side of a divorce. Her husband left the business with half the assets, but robbed her of all the clients. A lucrative offer is on the table for Sarah to star in a new prime time series, but it’s contingent on her undergoing facial reconstructive surgery and approval by the network of her new look. With her livelihood at stake, Sonia lobbies Sarah to go under the knife, while facing her own anger and hypocrisy in dealing with the superficiality of the film industry. Meanwhile Martin, a successful LA agent and former childhood friend of Sonia is pulled into the mix by the sisters’ exploitative mother Samara, who wants family fame at any cost.
