A starving paintress, who creates only faces of non-existing people, leads a heroic life. But not having sold a picture in months, she doubts her talent and accuses her environment for not being sensible enough. Her paintings are like children to her, she considers somehow life in them. Being alone day by day night by night, living in the atelier, it sometimes happens that she feels threatened by her portraits. She is afraid of her pictures and still she loves them. |
