Charlie Alameda, a 6th grade student at Pyles Elementary School, struggles to pay attention in his classroom environment. As part of the curriculum, Charlie and his friends go on a week long field trip to Inside the Outdoor’s, Outdoor Science School, in the San Bernardino mountains. While there, Charlie experiences science in a fun and interactive way while discovering his love for nature. Through the help of his teachers and cabin leader Roman, Charlie learns that there’s more to life than just the place he’s grown up. |
