The Harpist details an evening in the life of Emmie Lucas, a young and talented harpist. Seeing Emmy perform solo on stage for a large audience, followed by a standing ovation, one would think she ‘has it all.’ Yet after her performance, isolation sets in.. she reaches for connection only to get shot down, then wanders out alone and comes across a late night diner. There she finds unexpected friendship, and new meaning for her music. |
