A personal narrative in response to the demolition of the historic Garman Theater and Hotel, built in 1890 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. Sadly, despite massive community protests, the buildings were leveled in January to make way for a new ‘affordable housing’ project. This video is an expression of hope that our town can transform our sadness and work together as a community to save our historic buildings and create new opportunities for arts programming in Bellefonte. |
