A look at three actors reaching for the Hollywood brass ring. They are a motley crew. First, Rena Riffel: scouted by Elite Model Agency, small acting roles, and then the Cannes Film Festival for her role in ART DECO DETECTIVE. On to SHOWGIRLS and MULHOLLAND DRIVE and success as a character actor. Next is Mike “Boogie” Malin, with his passion for the Los Angeles nightlife and fine food. He owns restaurants and also acts: on the CBS reality television show, BIG BROTHER, in commercials, and in sitcoms. Third, William A. Buzick III, a 50-something artist. He pushes forward with his first feature film, NO REST FOR THE WICKED. |
