The Great Lakes Expedition is a short documentary video about a scientific research trip aboard a 200 year old warship on Lake Superior, Lake Huron, and Lake Erie. In the summer of 2012, the 5 Gyres Institute joined the crew of the Flagship Niagara to find if plastic pollution was occurring in the lakes in a similar way to the oceans. |
